Refund Policy
We value transparency and want our students to feel confident in their decision to learn with us. Please review our refund terms below:
1. Free Trial Period
All new students are offered a 3-day free trial. During this period, no payment is required. After the trial, students are expected to pay the course fee to continue classes. Once the payment is made, the following refund policy applies.
2. Refund Before Paid Classes Start
If a student decides to withdraw before the start of paid classes, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.
3. Refund After Paid Classes Start
Once paid classes begin and at least one class has been attended, no refunds will be provided.
4. If Classes Cannot Be Provided by Us
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the scheduled classes from our side, we will refund the paid amount after deducting the applicable refund processing charges.
5. Class Hold or Rescheduling
If a student wishes to pause classes, the remaining balance can only be transferred to the next month’s classes.
6. Refund Limitations
If the refundable amount is less than the processing cost, no refund will be issued.
